The location is close to so many attractions, we walked to Westminster, Lambeth, Vauxhall and Southwark. Tate Britain, Westminster Abbey, Parliament and Big Ben are in walking distance (10 mins). It's just a 30 min walk to Imperial War Museum. Pimlico and Victoria underground is close by if walking isn't your thing. It's a relatively quiet area compared to some parts of London. The buildings in Pimlico are beautiful, iconic Regency architecture and we stayed on the same street Laurence Olivier was once a former resident of (Lupus Street). If we weren't in London, we could have spent our break just exploring Pimlico, just round the corner was where Bram Stoker, lived and died, we also spotted a blue plaque bearing Francis Crick's name. Churchill once had a place here on Eccleston square. We stayed in an apartment on Lupus Street, which had plenty of space, a kitchen/lounge, large en-suite shower and good sized bedroom. Take a tea towel if you intend to use the kitchen, washing up liquid was provided. There was also a handy washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and stove top oven.

The room was exactly as expected and what we paid for, two nights in a double for £300. Clean, better than a basic Travelodge and exceptionally well sited for our needs. The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful to everyone we saw them coming into contact with. The hotel itself was within walking distance of Victoria and Pimlico stations and numerous bars and restaurants whilst in a quiet, safe residential area.

We absolutely loved the location during our stay with Sidney Hotel. It’s a quick 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, as well an easy 10-15 minute taxi to the rest of the core tourist spots. It’s also a safe and quiet neighborhood to walk around and find good food and drinks. As well the staff was so polite and willing to accommodate as needed which was so very appreciated.

Cameron

It's located at walking distance from Pimlico and Victoria tube stations. The staff was super helpful and extremely nice. The room are not very big, but they're cozy, furniture is new and -above all- they're clean! Booking last minute I was able to get a basic single room for less than 100£/night which I think is very good for the area.
